The location is very central, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, and parking was readily available. The staff was helpful and displayed a friendly attitude whenever I had questions. I appreciated this upgrade so much!!!

The drainage smell in the bathrooms was noticeable, slightly bothersome.

The staff seemed happy and guest-oriented. I appreciated their friendly demeanor, especially Jackie at reception, who offered an upgrade when my ground floor request was missed, even though I didn't require it. This thoughtful gesture.
